House Sitting

Our house sitting services can be provided within your own home, depending on availability.

House sitting for dogs includes two one-hour walks each day.

Picking up your mail and watering your house plants are free of charge.

Prices:

$  75 for one dog per 24 hour period with overnight staying

$  50 for 1-2 cats per 24 hour period with overnight staying

$  10 for each additional dog

$  5/cats for more than two cats

Dog Walking

Our typical dog walking service includes providing your dog with fresh water, playtime, cleaning up, feeding – and lots of positive attention.

To ensure a quality service, we only walk 1 dog at a time, except if you have more dogs together in your household.

We will never tie your dog outside unattended or let your dog off-leash.

Based on your location, your dog is walked within your neighborhood or at a nearby park.

Prices:

$  15 for a 30 minute walk 

$  18 for a 45 minute walk

$  22 for an hour walk    

Cat Sitting

Our cat sitting visits are typically 30 minutes, and include feeding, providing fresh water and scooping out the litter-box.

We will also water your house plants, and pick up your newspaper or mail for no additional charge.

For the safety of your cat or cats, we will not agree to visits on a less than daily basis while you are away.

Prices:

$  15 for a 30 minute visit

Payment

Payment is due as services are rendered.

For our house sitting services, partial payment is required in advance. Regular clients are billed weekly and payment is due on Fridays.

We accept cash, checks and PayPal payments.

We understand that life is less “ZEN-like” and you may need to cancel your reservation. In this case, we ask that you please contact us the night before the day of your scheduled service, to avoid a $5 cancellation fee.

Extreme Weather Policy

Visits will be completed as scheduled in rain or shine, sleet or snow! 

If your pet does not like to go out in bad weather, we will supplement a short walk with lots of indoor playtime and care.

The safety of our pets and dog walkers is of the utmost importance, so when temperatures top 84 degrees or drop below 22 degrees we may limit walk time.

Vaccinations

Owners are responsible for maintaining vaccinations and providing proof when requested.

All vaccinations must be up to date including rabies. It is recommended that Bordatella be given every 6 months.

ZenPet Care does not accept any liability for dogs who do not receive proper veterinary care, or any inquired fees due to lack of proper veterinary care.

Safety

We understand that not all dogs are friendly all the time, and many dogs have “issues” which need special attention. 

We do our best to work with every dog, regardless of temperament, size  or age and we are confident handling dogs with some level of aggression. 

However, if the dog shows aggression beyond what can be safely controlled by the caregiver, we may refuse future service.

We need to be supplied with current information regarding your pet's health and your and your pet’s veterinarian’s  emergency contact information.
